We got moved into the new flat last weekend and are getting settled. We've been without Internet access for a week which has made communicating with everyone a bit challenging. The new place is really cute. We LOVE the inside....the owner just re-did the floors, cabinets and put in all new appliances. It even has a little garden (what they call yards here). We had to go buy bedding, kitchen stuff and some storage bins, but otherwise most things that we needed were here. We got our shipment from the US on Saturday and everything arrived undamaged. We are about a 10 minute walk to Battersea Park which is a beautiful park with a lot of trails, ponds, sport areas, etc. It is really nice! We are less than a half mile to the train station that we use to get everywhere. It takes me about 30 to 40 minutes door-to-door to get to work - which is not too bad! 
We've done a little exploring and found some great pubs.... for all those who have been asking!!! We've also found some good restaurants - you can find just about anything over here. I went to an Indian restaurant with a few girls from work this week. The food was amazing. I would never had known what to order if they weren't there!
We went to see A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Shakesphere Globe Theatre last night. It is an outdoor theater that is modeled after the original one that was built in the same location in the 1500's, but has since burned down. We had a great time.

How was Midsumer Night's Dream? It's at the Guthrie and I want to go but haven't gotten tickets.

Hi. Yes, the flat has an upstairs with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a bathroom downstairs! Fun!
Midsummers Night Dream was great! It was pretty funny. I'd recommend seeing it!
